Baptism
Arrangements for Baptism are made through the rectory. Parents must pre-register 3 months before the birth of the child to arrange for an initial interview. The Baptism Program includes the following requirements: 

• Registration in the Parish

• Meeting with one of the Deacons
Attendance by both parents and godparents at the Baptism Preparation Class (held Friday evenings twice a month)

• Sponsors must be currently practicing Catholics who have received Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation.

• The Parish celebrates the sacrament of Baptism every Sunday at 2:00 p.m. We ask that all parents and family arrive no later than 1:45 p.m.

Reconciliation
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered as follows:

Saturdays from 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Monday - Friday after 9:00 a.m. Mass

By appointment

Marriage 
Couples must make arrangements in person at least six months in advance. No date for a wedding will be set by phone. Arrangements can be made only after all consultations are complete. Set your date with the church before you contact the caterer.

Anointing of the Sick
Please contact the rectory to request the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick.

Adults for Sacraments
Adults who wish to be prepared for Baptism, Confirmation, and/or Eucharist are asked to contact Sr. Joan Robinson at the Religious Education Office, srjoan@stroseoflimaparish.org or  (516) 541-1712, ext. 242.
