Liturgy

Ministers of the Word (Lectors): Ministers of the Word proclaim God’s living Word at weekend services and special liturgies. These members have a desire to share their love of God’s written word, and their skill in proclaiming it. Both adult and high school students are welcome.

Eucharistic Ministers: These ministers assist in the distribution of the Eucharist at Mass and to the homebound with reverence and dignity. There is a pre- placement interview for this position.

The Liturgy Committee: The members of the Liturgy committee plan and implement liturgical celebrations. They coordinate, design, and oversee ideas and projects for the liturgical year. Orientation and education will be provided.

Family Liturgy Committee (Family Lit): The Family Liturgy Committee is concerned with involving families of the community in the celebration of the Sunday Family Liturgy. One of the main goals of the committee is to help provide an atmosphere where faith can be shared, developed, and renewed, with a sense of joy and celebration.
