Men of Solidarity
About our Men’s Ministry
The St. Rose of Lima Men of Solidarity are dedicated Catholic men who gather to express their feelings, beliefs, and experiences amongst others who share the same values and convictions, thereby encouraging them to grow in understanding of themselves and their purpose in life and in the Church, that they may be the men that God has called them to be.
The group offers a supportive and encouraging environment in which to grow in faith through the study of scripture, presentations, and discussion of topics relevant to the times in which we live; it brings men together to practice their faith through charity work and local projects, thus helping those in need in our Parish and the larger community.

Prayer to Saint Joseph
Oh, St. Joseph, whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt before the throne of God, I place in you all my interest and desires. Oh, St. Joseph, do assist me by your powerful intercession, and obtain for me from your divine Son all spiritual blessings, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. So that, having engaged here below your heavenly power, I may offer my thanksgiving and homage to the most loving of Fathers. Oh, St. Joseph, I never weary contemplating you, and Jesus asleep in your arms; I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart. Press Him close in my name and kiss His fine head for me and ask Him to return the Kiss when I draw my dying breath.
